Q. Where is your attraction and do we pay for parking?
A. You can get detail directions to Halls of Terror by clicking on directions. Parking is Free.
Q. If it rains are you open?
A. Absolutely. Halls of Terror is completely indoors including a warm waiting room.
Q. Once I paid for my ticket, can we go through again?
A. No.
Q. How long does it take to go through?
A. How fast can you run. It takes approximately 15 - 20 minutes.
Q. Will I really get scared?
A. Halls of Terror is designed to scare a 22 year old male, who thinks he is invincible. Haunted houses are just like movies, but you are in the movie. You will get scared buy you will also be laughing at your friends when you see their scared faces.
Q. Do you have security?
A. We have fully trained security staff that keep things running smoothly.
Q. Can we be thrown out for any reason?
A. Yes!!! We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, or alcohol. We have a list of rules that must be adhered to for your safety. Violation of these rules will usually bring a warning and then you and your group will be asked to leave without a refund.
Q. Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
A. No!!! And you're not allowed to bring them into the building.
Q. Can we take flash photos of your haunted house?
A. No!!! Haunted houses are dark and everyone, especially the actors' eyes are adjusted to the low light. When you flash your camera you're not only ruining other customers experience but you're hurting the actors' eyes also.
Q. What can't we bring with us to The Halls of Terror?
A. No Pets! No Weapons! No Alcoholic Beverages! No Costumes! No Cell Phones or Cameras!
Q. What time do you open?
A. 7:30 pm and 7:00 pm on Sundays
Q. How old should my child be?
A. We suggest at least 12 years old. However, there is no age restriction. You know your child better than anyone else. If he or she wakes up in the middle of the night because of a nightmare; we will be sound asleep.
